To make us your HomePage:

Here are easy to follow directions to make NSHomePage.com your own personal Internet home page. If you are not sure what that means, it is simply that this page will be the first page to load each time you log onto the internet. If you find the links and content of NSHomePage to be useful to you, please make us your homepage. There is no sign-up process, we don't need your e-mail address, and even those of you living outside the great province of Nova Scotia are welcome to join us.

Here is the easiest way to make us your homepage: Simply drag the icon immediately to the left of "http://www..." in your address bar, to the "Home" icon and drop it there. You will be asked to confirm that you want to change your homepage, just click "yes" to finish.
If you are using Norton Antivirus 2006, you will be asked by Norton to confirm the change once more.

If for some reason the easy way dosen't work for you, here are the full instructions. The process is nearly identical for each of the three major web-browsers; Internet Explorer, Netscape, and FireFox. Since about 90% use IE, I will give those instructions, and note the slight differences for the other two.

Click on "Tools" at the very top of your browser window. Select "Internet Options" from the list. (just "Options" with Netscape and FireFox). Click the "General" tab. Now the Home Page dialogue box is open. Click "Use Current" ( with Netscape and FireFox, it is " Use Current Page"). Then click "OK" at the bottom of the box to complete your choice.

When you do make NSHomePage.com your own home page, you can E-mail us at the link above, and be entered in our monthly draw for a prize supplied by one of our advertisers. Please include your phone number, if possible and we would welcome any comment or suggestions.

    Thank you for using NSHomePage.com
