Find printable maps of most areas. Just type in the address or town name.
Google Maps: Some say better and faster than MapQuest.
Random Website generator:
Find new places to surf that you would not be likely to find on your own. You will find boring business sites, and foreign language sites, but it only takes a second to close that one and click again. trust me. how bad could it be?
Internet radio is one of the best new uses for the net, and is often hear in our office. One site that contains a good mix is Radio Paradise.com.
They have various settings and claim to be dial-up friendly.
Another music site that has an interesting angle is Pandora.com Here you register, and request a song or artist, then with their Music Genome, they predict music that you should like, based on what you have requested.
